The staff was very rude . Last moment my friend decided to join me in my hotel room . The staff made me pay for her to be able to use a BEACH towel . They also came to me when I was swimming in the sea , disturbed my rest to tell me that I have to pay

The breakfast was wonderful, beds are comfy, but the neighbors were very loud.

Worst Hilton I‘ve ever been… get ready for 20+ mins wait for breakfasts and then another 25+ mins for your fried eggs. Everyone is smiling, but nobody care to help or solve your issue. Terrible sound proofing - you will hear everyone in the corridor…

The room is excellent specially the balcony viewing Ain Dubai the breakfast is excellent lots of variety of choices.very nice and good location accessible to the beach

Located at best part of JBR waterfront with one of the best beaches I’ve seen. Love to see familiar faces of staff members year after year. Due to a renovation, the staff went to great lengths to mitigate the impact of the works and provide guests with a comfortable stay. My only regret is that I had to leave just as the renovation was nearing completion, so I wasn’t able to fully enjoy the improvements which include an additional pool.

During my one-week stay at the hotel, we faced many obstacles and problems that I had never experienced before in any of my stays at hotels around the world, nor even in apartments or Airbnbs.A few days before our arrival, one of the staff contacted us to promote their restaurant and told us: “the hotel has been renovated” However, once we arrived, we were surprised to find that the hotel itself, the swimming area, and the beach were still under renovation. There was no difference between me and someone staying outside the hotel .We decided not to swim, despite the fact that we had originally booked a sea-view hotel specifically for that purpose.Regarding the car, valet parking was mandatory—we were not allowed to park our car ourselves. Over the course of just two days, our rental car was damaged on two separate occasions. We reported this to the hotel manager (Habiba), who said she would check the cameras. Honestly, I don’t believe she actually did, as nothing changed.I was also not allowed to leave my delivery items at reception to collect them later, or even to have a few minutes to get dressed before receiving them. Instead, I was forced to go downstairs in my pajamas to meet the delivery person, because the staff refused to accept the items and kept him waiting outside. I don’t think such treatment can be considered five-star service.I am extremely disappointed with the level of service this time, especially since this is not my first experience with Hilton hotels, nor even with this same property. I stayed here two years ago with same friend, and the experience we had was completely different. Unfortunately, it seems that things have deteriorated drastically since then.That said, I would like to mention that the room attendants, all of them ..

This is an amazing place to stay, everything is in the walking distance the staff is so nice and very kind. We have stayed at this location at least more than ten times in the past two years.

The location is amazing, the private beach. Our housekeeper Nupur was the best, and the concierge Mani was very helpful and helped us a lot with our luggage. All the stuff is very friendly and nice.

Pretty old interiors, the food was ok, but could be better.

The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect.

The staff were very polite and respectful, making us feel good. We also enjoyed having our room on the same floor as the play area.

Deposit which I should pay during my check in which for 6nights was around 1800EAD. I already paid for half board, so pay another amount in advance as a deposit to hotel was a little bit difficult to me.Although paid amount was refunded to me fully after 48hours.

The location was brilliant. And the facilities - pool with the swim up bar. We loved how you could walk out to the beach from the hotel too

Smokers on the Beach, there is an area for smoking, but many people just smoke on the sunbeds and staff doesn#t do naything about that.We love this hotel and this our second stay, but some renovation woudl be great (like showers in the bathtub is really not modern anymore)
